Community basket weaving with Espartos Manolito
We regularly open our workshop in the heart of the village of Valderrobres, to show the rich diversity of the craft of basket weaving. And for those who are interested we offer the opportunity to experiment with the craft.
Way back, these ancestral techniques had an essential function, supplying utensils and tools, whereas today esparto grass offers us peace and calm, and work for our hands. And all this ancestral wisdom is passed on by sitting on a chair. So while we make and create, we share ideas and advice that nourish us both inside and out.
